Returns & Exchanges

At Magic Mountain, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our Magic Mountain warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
